"I 💚 Little Charlie! I asked for a room with a window facing the street.Reservations told me that the single rooms didn't face the street. I didn't want to spend extra for a bigger bed. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to have a king bed with a beautiful view of 2nd Avenue! They upgraded me!! What excellent customer service!! I was so comfortable in the big spa bed. It rained at night, and I was snug and comfy watching the rain fall. It was my first time in NYC. Little Charlie set...

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

The staff was helpful and friendly.We needed transportation to the airport and a staff member set that up for us. The driver was professional and did a great job getting us to the airport .Overall it was a great stay. We always choose Residence Inn Marriotts and have never been disappointed."

"The Chemist Club is just a wonderful NYC hotel. We live in the nyc suburbs and had a planned event that went late in the night so we decided to reserve a hotel. Nice sized rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. I left some jewelry in the room and they held it for me until I could return to pick it up. Highly recommend!"
