"Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"

"Positive: - Staff was great and good food options for breakfast. Negative: -My room barely had any water flow in the sink. Could not use it to wash up or brush teeth. Staff was aware of the issue but hotel management has not fixed it still. - Gym did not have a bench to perform any work out routines. Dumbell rack is nice with good amount of weights. Overall property needs to be cleaned up and alot of maintenace to care for."

"No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!"

"Make sure you bring an extra $75 for your stay and another $150 for a exterminator for the roaches and the cleaning of the air vents of them being straight brown"

"It was close to the airport. The propane who checked us on was super nice. There were people standing around smoking or hanging around. It seemed not safe and the room was basic. The noise above us was loud talking and chairs moving all night long. We did not sleep well here"

"Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good."

"There is a lot of potential for this B&B, but there were just a few too many details to be able to give more than a 5 rating for the room we stayed in. The host was pleasant and accommodating. The location is excellent, with many good restaurants in walking distance. The night was as quiet as one would expect being in a city of this size. Parking is on site and free, which is also a bonus. The price for the small top floor rooms is also a value, but should have been a bit of a yellow...

"I was skeptical upon checking in. When I saw the room, there was a hole in the sheet on the bed. The air conditioner didn’t work. The Lobby wasn’t clean or welcoming. My husband and I decided we wouldn’t stay and requested a refund. The only positive thing was the girl who checked us in. She was pleasant and helpful."
