"Wij hadden hele positieve reviews gelezen over dit hotel en besloten hier te boeken tijdens ons verblijf in Krakau. En eerlijk is eerlijk wij zijn zeker niet teleurgesteld. Hele vriendelijke hulpbehoevende mensen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid maar anders als bij andere hotels wat wij gewent zijn. Maar we konden ons voldoende voeden om De dag goed door te komen. "We had a great stay. The hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting the Old Town, and our room was large, comfortable, and well equipped. Some of the fixtures could use a bit of attention, but it didn’t take away from an overall very positive experience."

"The staff were simply amazing! They did anything and everything to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!"

"Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square."
