"Clean but a bit outdated. The housekeeping staff is incredible!! The Luau was fantastic! The common areas of the property were clean and maintained. Our room was pretty outdated and mediocre. I wish there was a bit more lighting or lighting on the balconies at the least. Another big downer is the lack of coffee. I wish they offered free coffee or a coffee bar similar to most hotels. "Love it"

"Stay was easy and very enjoyable. The room was clean, dated but the highlight was the balcony. We ate takeout and breakfasts with a great view but could’ve cooked with the well prepared kitchen. The bed however was definitely lopsided and worn and pillows not too great either. The beach chairs included I would skip on and just rent at a store. Very easy location and parking for all the activities in Kona."

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
