"Overall this is nice property 8/10. Clean well manicured botanical grounds with a quiet large patio area with AMAZING SUSNET Views. Soothing crashing waves all day and night however NO immediate ocean swimming or beach access (drive / walk for that) No onsite food / bar NOT GOOD was having to punch in a 6 to10 digit code on a keypad EVERY TIME FOR EVERY pool gate, the 1 elevator and our condo door. With multiple people in our group this became VERY frustrating. Been decades since we have stayed...

"The room was cool and quiet. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available. The condo had a TV and Wi-Fi and games available to play. Having a full kitchen was nice to be able to buy groceries and not eat out every night. The pool and hot tub across the street were excellent and the staff was friendly."

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "We just had a amazing vacation at the property. It is one of the best property for your budget. We choose to upgrade the oceanfront room with meal and valet parking. You must do it if you want to enjoy it most. Only one thing turn me down was the walls between rooms are not good enough. I could hear what other room said when they speak big at night. Other than that it was one of my best place to stay."
