"The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use."

"Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it."

"Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip"

"You're limited to towels and I had to purchase my own toilet paper. There was no housekeeping the room were small but okay."

The bed sheets and comforters were covered in stains, the bathrooms were not cleaned well, the towels in our bathroom had rips in them, there was vomit on the carpeted floor in the hallway for hours, and the pool and hot tub were closed our entire stay with no explanation. The only decent thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to anybody."
