"Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!"

"Upon arrival and letting desk staff of my service dog (I had already sent a message that she would be with me) a lady from a office came out to challenge me basically about the American disability act. Ignorance is a bliss for some. The noise from the floor above started at 2am & cont until at least 8am. The “locked security door” preventing non guest into hotel was wide open at 8 pm. The hotel room was clean as well as the grounds. No dishes, pans, etc provided. "

"I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. "Went there for a long weekend business meeting and we had rented out the penthouse meeting room. Internet was not great in meeting room and we had difficulty doing a zoom meeting. Rest of resort was nice. The resort is large and seems to lack sidewalks to get around. Poor planning for that."
