"Need new beds and the air conditioning was preset and couldn’t be changed. So the room at night was hot. Nice rooftop pool. It’s all stairs so bringing luggage in is a hassle. The luggage room is self serve so people can move your bags around and have access to them."

"L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Saint Paul et à 2 minutes de la mer. La piscine sur le toit face a la mer est vraiment un plus. Pour ce qui est de la chambre d’hôtel, nous avions réservé la « internal shaft room », la moins chère, mais qui n’a cependant aucune fenêtre sur l’extérieur et seulement ayant vue directe sur les couloirs de l’hôtel. Donc afin d’avoir un minimum d’intimité, il fallait constamment fermer le rideau et ne laisser allumer que la lumière du plafond sans lumière...

"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Firstly I must say the staff were always helpful and Oliver who worked at The Prickly Pear, lovely, always a smile on his face and made amazing mojitos! The communal areas are very clean and modern, however my room was not exactly up to the same standard. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in, but normally I would expect shampoo at the very least, but that’s not so bad.
