"Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁. If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜. "Shower does not drain, mold in shower. Insects and water in room due to poor windows. Wifi was poor but the staff fixed that, the breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful when you can find them."

"Amazing! A block to the beautiful beach! Restaurants right out the door! The most delicious and beautiful breakfast on the islands included! Jose is a wonderful host, the personality here matches the beauty of Isabela. So sweet. We even enjoyed just hanging out on the front porch watching Island life. Walk to food markets, and even a local food court nearby (don’t skip the bakery, Panaderia). We didn’t want to leave Isabela or Jose’s, La Gran Tortuga!"

"Nice place to stay, close to restaurants and with very friendly staff. They also offer breakfast if ordered the night before. The only problem for me was the shower, it got so hot mid shower that it burned my foot, so you have to keep an eye on it, my family was ok. "

"Really nice place to stay, very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The food was excellent. Good advice and booking for tours. Location is a short walk from main centre, a few mins, but that makes it nice and quiet. Close to harbour so easy access from ferry."

"The room was spotless, simple but lovely, and excellent location just around the corner to the beach, a short walk to dining and shops, and the flamingo pond practically in your back yard. There’s a wonderful rooftop patio and shared kitchen too! And the shower is excellent. Beto bar just around the corner on the beach is a special place as well. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you!!"
