The hotel was top of the line, with a large room and attached balcony with a comfortable couch for two. The cleaning staff came in daily and we loved the breakfast with a beach view. The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk the beach or take the path into town.

We had a fantastic time! The location is beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Villas Caracol is a hidden gem that offered us the tranquility and beauty we were seeking. The beachfront is stunning and the location is perfect for couples and families wanting to relax away from the island's noise. The property is lush, with beautifully decorated rooms that feel private, resembling treehouses. To my delight, the staff surprised me with a birthday celebration, complete with cake, champagne, and balloons in my room. The exceptional service continued with delicious drinks from bartender Natalie at the swim-up bar. Cleanliness was top-notch, and every meal was better than what we've had at other hotels, highlighting their focus on guest satisfaction. I especially enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage. Punta Moquito is beautiful, and while we didn't want to leave, the location made getting to town easy. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, just book it!

It is a beautiful building and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool area is very well maintained and comfortable. The water pressure is excellent and staff are very friendly and if you want to be sure something gets done fast and well then ask valentina who is very efficient. The breakfast experience is underwhelming. The kitchen is clearly understaffed at breakfast peak hours which creates waiting times in excess of 30 minutes despite the more than sufficient number of waiters because it is all a-la-carte. The entire island is quite expensive (think: more then paris or amsterdam), but this hotel takes it a step further: if you booked breakfast included, then you are allowed to choose 1 dish and you get 1 cup of coffee and 1 glas of juice. If you want an additional dish, just some extra toast or even just a second latte/capucino, you will be charged for it. I think that is a bit sad.

What a truly wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect, a place where all the staff know your name and can’t do enough to help you. The sort of place you make a real connection with. The location is special at the end of the resort and where imo the beach is best (although it’s all beautiful). The room was spacious and comfortable, little extras like evening dessert treats, sunset drink at the beach etc. Very nice cocktail list and restaurant food was excellent quality.

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits à l’hôtel villas Caracol. Je voyageais avec mon fils de 13 ans et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les chambres sont toutes magnifiques. Certaines ont vue sur la piscine et mer et d’autres sur le jardin. Nous avions une vue sur le jardin, magnifique avec la végétation luxuriante. Les chambres sont spacieuses,confortables et lumineuses, et les lits très confortables. L’hôtel est intime avec seulement 15 ou 16 chambres, une belle piscine et une végétation toujours bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est inclus et servi au restaurant en bord de plage. Délicieux et quel bonheur que de déjeuner en regardant la mer. Ce qui distingue cet hôtel, ce sont toutes les petites attentions: cours de yoga, délicieux cocktail de bienvenue et notre préféré: le cocktail du jour offert sur la plage au coucher de soleil. C’était devenu notre petite tradition de regarder les majestueux couchers de soleil sur la plage avec notre cocktail ! Ils en faisaient aussi dans alcool pour les enfants. Je souligne également la gentillesse du personnel. Bref, gros coup de cœur et nous y reviendrons.

Le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner face à la mer et la piscine. Pour nous, l’éloignement du village était un plus et l’incroyable punta mosquito facilement accessible à pied. Aucun doute que nous reviendrons à cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour à Holbox.
