"Our experience at Majestic Elegance was great. The pools, rooms and restaurants were great. All staff were friendly and welcoming. They called us family. The restaurants were amazing. We went for my husband birthday and our butler did so much for him. They decorated our room had a special dessert sent to him even on our excursion they sang happy birthday to him. I would recommend this resort to anyone."

"I had a wonderful stay at RIU Latino in Cancún. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers an amazing beachfront location. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, the entertainment was fun, and the staff throughout the resort were always friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Gustavo at the Front Desk for providing outstanding service. From the moment I arrived for check-in until my departure at check-out, Gustavo was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable as possible. His warm attitude, efficiency, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and truly elevated my experience. Employees like Gustavo represent the highest standard of hospitality and are a great asset to RIU Hotels & Resorts. Thank you for making my vacation so memorable. "Great service from our butler staff. Restaurants were above average. Booking reservations was a little difficult due to closures and low occupancy. I contacted the property several times ahead of our trip as well as during our trip for room decor for one of our three rooms for a 21st birthday (we dropped over $14k for this trip). It never happened. Not a huge deal but a simple request that could have made a big impression. Overall, the experience was good and the property met our expectataions. We would return."

"This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again."

"Our butlers Stelian and Jesus did a great job of helping us with our needs. There was an amazing amount of chairs and day beds, no 7am walk up to grab a chair. The restaurants were good, with minimal reservations required. The beach was beautiful. All the rooms are great inside. Very good family vacation place with lots of fun activities."
