"I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. "The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could."
