"When checking in bathroom was no clean. Hair in the bathtub, trash on the sink counter that was hidden with towels. Full trash can. Used soap left in the bathtub. "

"We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping only came by once but we were told at check in that they are suppose to come by every other day. Trash started to accumulate quickly with 5 people. Pool towels are essentially hand towles they are so tiny. Hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about. Older lady at the front desk was very rude. Overall a very meh experience for the price we paid."

"This was a lot more run down than the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Missouri. On the outside they looked exactly the same but the one in New Mexico has a lot older carpet and it was dirty. It just felt old."

"Wow! Terrible on every level. Spend up an extra $30 and you can get the Hampton Inn or something less grim. This place is dated and a bit scummy. Had to wait for the desk attendant to finish her FaceTime call to check me in which is exactly what you want when you’ve been on the road all day and have a couple of exhausted kids in the car. "

"The room was clean and the check-in and location were easy and close to the airport. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every word and sound from the other guests. The people upstairs sounded like they were having a track meet well into the night. I will try a different hotel next time. "

"The room was clean, but the bathroom looked very "dingy" as the walls were painted, but the finish was "thin" and you could see the drywall. The TV didn't work...it's a smart tv but wouldn't connect to the hotels wifi (1-2 bars). I liked that there was security in the parking lot overnight to watch vehicles. They were friendly and courteous. My bed was clean and the hot water was good. Nothing bad here, nothing great here. Not sure if I'd stay again though. "
