Air conditioning was not working. Could not sleep because it was extremely hot. Everything else seemed fine, but without AC it is hard to rest.

Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel
The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi.
