"I had made a reservation before coming to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that there was no room for me. I sold it. He offered to give me a room in another hotel for 50 euros. I refused. I contacted Expedia. Later, they gave me the same room. They wanted to scam me. ..."
