The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor.

Imperial Suites - Adults Only
One of the coolest rooms I've stayed in. Just wish it had a chair/desk and two night stands. I stayed in the KING DELUXE room but it didnt quite hit the DELUXE title but well worth the money.

Absolutely loved this place! The artwork on the 5th floor was a standout and really added to the experience. Breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioning works great—it’ll keep you nice and cool. I highly recommend this hotel!”
