"Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended."

"I stayed at the One11 Hotel for 4 days during my trip to Nola. I landed in Nola a few hours before check in. I went over there expecting to leave my luggage until check in but was pleasantly surprised when I was advised my room was ready for me. Upon entering the room, it definitely gave me lofty vibes. "The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. "I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter and had a fantastic experience. The location truly couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the French Quarter, steps away from everything, yet the hotel itself feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions. Customer service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New Orleans....
