"I wish they didn’t put us in the room we stayed in where we could hear housekeeping all day moving and doing their thing. We were basically in the corner room on the 12th floor city view side right next to the housekeeping elevator/room. Also, no hot water forever in the shower… had to wait for it. Thank goodness it wad hot in NOLA!"

"The pool hours for the weekend ended at 7pm on the weekends and opened at 11am. On the week days they opened at 7am and closed at 11pm. I think that’s backwards. Other than that the staff were lovely and so helpful. Shout out to there valet parking they went above and beyond. Very clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Keep up the good work!!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was centered to every place we wanted to see. My only complaint is we were on the 4th floor, had to go all the way down to the ground floor, then to the pool room to use a microwave, plus, had to pay $46.00 a night for parking. If we wanted to park at the hotels parking lot, it was 3 blocks away and wasn't much cheaper. We parked across the street from the hotel. The pool was very small. But, if you like rustic places, this is for you."
