"Checking in for the airport shuttle was simple, and they had fruit and coffee available for early birds. The heater for the room was horribly loud and kept waking me up... which was good, because neither the 4am nor 430am wakeup calls happened. "

"Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Staff were all pleasant—ready with recantations in the neighborhood. Don’t know why people complained about breakfast….fresh eggs, sausage and potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt and cold cereal and bagels, croissants and bread for toast. Even a couple of changes ea h day. Hotel is also very convenient to the R train (5 min walk) which quickly gets you to major hubs for transfers. "

"Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. Location was amazing with 3 different subway stops within walking distance. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely would stay here again!!"
