"Everything is good"

"Good location"

"Todo perfecto"

"I enjoy staying here and I’ve done so in the past, but I’m not happy with the fact that an iron and ironing board are no longer provided in the rooms. I was surprised to see that they only give you a steamer, and I was appalled by the explanation that using a steamer is supposed to be healthier for you. What sense does that make?!"

"Convenient location close to the airport, unfortunately though the shuttle bus isn’t 24/7 and closes at 11pm so had to take a taxi costing $20. Check in was quick and easy, room was ok, clean and basic. Unfortunately when pulling back the bedclothes there were clean tissues between the sheets, the bed linen looked clean though so decided not to complain. Only 2 towels for 3 people was a bit inconvenient. I’ve also never stayed in a hotel with such noisy doors, lots of loud bangs in the...

"The hotel is well located in relation to JFK. It met the reason that I chose it. The front staff did their job but very dry with their interaction with guests. I appreciated the fact that the hotel shuttle picked me up directly from JFK Airport since the AirTrain was delayed and I did not know when it will be there. However, I was taken aback that when I thank and gave a tip to the shuttle driver, he did not say Thank You. All I got was silence. I know that I am not obligated to tip but I...

"So good"

"In all honesty I believe that it is over priced. I was there for a very long layover and wanted to spend the extra money as a celebration for myself. The rooms are very small. They barely fit the king sized bed and not much room at all to walk or store luggage. The balcony furniture isn’t clean If you want an ocean view room ask for anything above floor 3. I was on floor 3 and had to stand to really see the ocean. The TVs didn’t work and when they switched my room the TV only had a couple...

"Clean room & beautiful bathroom. Dinner menu was very limited& expensive! Convenient shuttle to JFK Airport."

"A bit dated room but comfortable Breakfast was expensive. $25 / person extra charge."

"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"Rooms were okay"

"Great stay! I’ll stay again for sure. Sorry that I missed out on breakfast (early flight)"

"Was good location to red hook cruise ship terminal, included breakfast came in a bag-disappointed"

"Breakfast was decent and the proximity to the air train great"
