"Stayed 5 nights. Everyday they tried to deal with ants but they never disappeared. My request to change the room wasn't accepted either. Other than that, good quality and their service was normal and you cannot expect much."

"Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more.
