"I loved the hotel's vibe and design. Big bathroom was nice and the city view was amazing. We came and left during busy hours, lobby area felt cramped and small. Shabby lounge chairs in the waiting area were weird. We loved the food from CaraCara and breakfast."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The incredible views were definitely the highlight for me. Absolutely breathtaking and such a beautiful way to experience Los Angeles. I also loved spending time at the rooftop pool, relaxing and taking in the city. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had the upscale atmosphere I was looking for. This stay was exactly what I needed to relax, enjoy myself, and just take in the moment. I would definitely stay again!"

"Just want to thank the guest who were in the room next to mine for keeping me up all night. I had to call security to let them know how bad the slamming and the yelling was getting. It went from 11:30 to 4:30 in the morning and then continued at 8:30 in the morning. I personally will never stay here again. That type of experience will sway many people from wanting to stay there again. I’ll be back at the intercontinental down the street now."

"I had an excellent experience on my 8 night stay at Hotel Figueroa! The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and well stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Specifically the staff at the bar in the lobby, who made the effort to remember who I was. Food and drinks were top quality, which exceeded my expectations for hotel restaurants. The pool area was very nice and clean. The only downfall was the very limited amount of chairs by the pool. If you don't get to the...

"Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time while I was visiting for anime expo. My favorite was the kitchen! I made dinner instead of going to the stalls at anime expo because those were very expensive. I will come back!"

"Hotel was nice and clean, no issues with that only problems were if you get a room on the backside of the hotel you will hear music up until 3am on the weekends cause of the club in the back which the front desk doesn’t notify you about. And also parking is $66 plus and extra $30 of unnecessary fees like destination fee so you’ll be better off parking around the area instead of at the hotel."

"No AC unless requested. No microwave unless requested. Lights in the room only stay on for 5 minutes at a time. Lights would turn off while I was in the shower multiple times. Paid wayyyy to much for this quality"
