"This is a beautifully appointed B&B located across the street from the bay. Many rooms have a direct view. There are no TV's which keeps it serene. Breakfast is a large as you want it with adequate choices. Come early as the patios tend to get a bit cool after 45 minutes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited, even on the street. There are a LOT of stairs, but apparently some ADA rooms as well as a couple ADA on site parking spaces."

"My biggest complaint is they did not have half and half for their coffee. I actually asked the night before because it's so important to me. They said they did so I didn't go by any and there's no stores nearby so I couldn't run off on the morning to grab some. It was incredibly disappointing to use non-dairy creamer for a nice cup of coffee :("

"The room was very spacious and included a kitchen, which was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace was a nice feature, especially since a storm came in and the weather was cooler. The windows and patio faced residential homes, and the area was very quiet, which we appreciated. There were some operational and maintenance issues. The televisions were difficult to use, as the channels could not be changed easily. The manager on duty replaced a missing...
