On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."

Never happened hotel asked to pay because of the towel that we used is has dirty spot that you can even tell, maybe is already there, and the other hand I never complained for the pillow case that has yellow spot too, i just don’t use that pillow, i mentioned this because they asked me to pay for the towel that we used had dirty spot. "The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!"
