"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and was informed after i checked out that I need to pay for breakfast fee. It was at fault for not checking but I assumed my room comes with breakfast since each day that we check in for breakfast the cafeteria lady didn’t say anything that I didn’t pay. Breakfast is not worthy to pay. Front desk staff has been too unfriendly."

"Website said elevator, our room was a up a flight of stairs (thankfully only one). Staff were extremely helpful for check in/we were able to leave our bags there upon arrival and departure. Rooms were redone but still old, pillows uncomfortable, and no iron in the room. Overall it was clean and cozy for two travellers so I would recommend it.
One caveat is that it had very odd and racially insensitive figurines in our section of the hotel. I.e. native heads and black caricature figurines. That...

"This is a perfect boutique hotel for exploring the south of France. Someone has taken real effort to make the rooms special. They have good showers ( but bear in mind the room we were in had the shower in the bedroom so no privacy) the property has no lift but we knew that in advance so was prepared. "中庭に面したスタジオタイプのお部屋でしたが、日当たりも良く静かで過ごしやすかったです。キッチンが付いており簡単な食事は作ることが出来ます。冷蔵庫、食器、カトラリーも完備されています。近くに大きなモノプリがあるので大変便利。それから、備え付けのコーヒー粉がとても美味しかった！ニース中央駅からは歩いて10分ぐらい。スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で接してくれて安心して過ごせました。エントランスに少し階段がありますが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さいました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです！おすすめです。"

"Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here...
