"Definitely would stay here again when visiting Santana from the minute we we walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even to readjust our spay to a lower level room. The room was very modern and clean with the patio that we used at night when the sun went down to enjoy the Arizona warm weather. The complimentary breakfast was very nice the whole staff Even durian breakfast was very friendly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay"

"Staff was very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice pillows and bath towels .. didn’t take forever to get hot water for the shower.. Cottonwood is a fun town to explore, and Iron Horse is right in downtown, so you can leave your car parked and go have fun .."

"Enchantment was magical! My family of four stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute. Located in a beautiful, secluded canyon with delicious food, an amazing pool, incredible hikes, helpful staff, and above and beyond amenities, Enchantment is the perfect family getaway."

"This is such a lovely property with wonderful views facing towards Sedona’s Red Rock Country. I had two issues: one is that the bed was terrible uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back; and the other was the window unit air conditioner was VERY loud and smelled musty. With a few updates this place would be THE place to stay in Cottonwood. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool due to monsoon storms passing through the area, but it looked delightful."
