"The property is beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly. It is walking distance to the stadium. The restaurant on site was very nice and food was delicious. We will be back!"

"Unfortunately, although it was a non-smoking room. It reeked of marijuana. Besides that these people were kind and helpful. They allowed me and my service cat and service dog to stay. My dog is afraid of big trucks and is very protective of me and a good judge of character."

"Room was hot even with AC on full blast. Otherwise acceptable for overnight stay. Close to venue. A little pricey. Appreciated staff moving room to ground floor at our request. Room was clean."

"I didn't like any thing about the place no elevator had to carry everything up stairs said free breakfast that was a joke I'm a lineman and when storms come in we turn the lights back on I checked out early trying to get my nights rolled for the following week but I couldn't understand what the lady was saying and she definitely didn't understand anything I was talking about I will never stay there again"

"Staff was not friendly or welcoming. This hotel is invested with roaches, in the hallways, the rooms, everywhere!! Walking in the hallways you will find bugs that people have stepped on. Would not recommend!! We checked in at 2 PM and checked out by 3 PM due to the uncleanliness and bugs. The line was terrible with one girl working the front desk. I turned my key into a cleaning lady close to the front desk."

"Older property. Pros: staff friendly and helpful. Try pizzeria Ruby down the street was exceptional. Cons: a/c is loud, WiFi dropped a lot, doors in toilet was weird. You’ll see."

"Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, staff was welcoming and kind. We stayed for 1 night. Hotel met our needs perfectly. We did not have breakfast as we chose to sleep in but did have coffee and it was good."

"The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!"

"As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!"
