Fantastic place

The apartment was exactly as good as I hoped for, and this is definitely somewhere to return. A nice bed, spacy living room, well-functioning kitchen. Only 100 meters away from the train station and in the middle of stores and food places. The only downside with this place was a bit of street noise at night, but not more than my earplugs would stop. I will definitely come back next year.

Great Location but Needed to Buy Earplugs

Unfortunately, we did not have a stellar stay at Dee Dee's. We were in the studio apartment on Grove Street. Great location but extremely loud at night even with the windows shut. We had to turn the air on for some white noise. We did not get the wi-fi at check-in and person who checked us in was in a rush. The wifi signal was very weak and the TV had to keep buffering every 10 minutes so I would up using the Vet's (below apartment) free wifi below for computer. They did provide keys early. There was only one wine glass and we had a few friends over which was awkward. The location again is fabulous and makes it easy to get in and out of city. The place was clean and large. The noise level for us was a definite issue and we had to buy ear-plugs for the 2nd night.

Wonderful Choice!

This was a fabulous place. The area around the location is delightful. The PATH is less than a block away. Could not have selected a better location. Only regret is I wasn't there longer to really explore the local attractions!

Great apartment just outside NYC

Such a convenient location I was getting off the train in Manhattan 8 minutes after I walked out the door. Lots of room, great neighborhood and comfortable rooms. The 3rd bedroom doesn't have a door though.

Great spot !

The location is wonderful for transportation by subway or Uber. Many of places to eat all in walking distance. The apartment was in great condition and even had some extra perks that we didnt expect. The road noise wasnt bad by 10pm week nights very thing was quite.i would definitely would refer family and friends to stay here. I want to thank everyone for taking great care of us.

Family trip to New York with Five children.

This place was clean, safe and only a block away from subway. A 10 min ride to world trade center mall and all other New York city subways. The layout of the apartment was very nice, three bedrooms was enough room for five children and two adults. The landlord was very accommodating and accessible to check us in on our arrival day. Nearby stores included Walgreens and a grocery store. McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks and Dunking donuts are all a five minute walk from apartment. There is also a nightlife presence thought out area, with street vendors, bars and restaurants all with in few blocks of apartment. I will definitely use this place again for next trip to New York.

Tolles Appartement in unmittelbarer City-Nähe

Schönes Appartement. Direkt an der Historic Downtown. Keine 100m zur PATH Station. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um New York zu erleben. Aber auch im Zentrum von Jersey City wo man den Abend angenehm verbringen kann.

Fantastic for Subway, Nightlife and Local Vibes

Worst part about the stay is the stairs, for no other reason than they're stairs. Apartment/hotel is super spacious. 5 adults were staying in the space and had a great time. There's a full kitchen with everything you'd need to cook and eat, as well as a dishwasher. The keurig and k-cups were a very unexpected surprise. Each full bathroom has a ton of complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as towels. Beds were extremely comfortable. Both first floor rooms have enough space for 2-adults, however the master is a bit snug because of the larger bed. However both rooms have large closets and ceiling fans. Also, the secondary bedroom has a TV. The loft is spacious enough for 2-adults and adds a good sense of privacy. The upstairs patio is amazingly nice. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to use, but its super clean, spacious, has a large gas grill and nice patio furniture. The living room was very comfortable to spend time unwinding after a long day of walking. There are a ton of things to do within the immediate area of the rental. My friends and I tried multiple bars every night, several restaurants and the subway entrance (to WTC) is literally 65-seconds from the entrance door to the hotel. The apartment is very well insulated, so outside noise is inexistent at night. Staff was waiting for us when we got to the property, super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I'd definitely stay again. There's also a full washer/dryer.

DeeDee's has Very Professional Management

We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not actually end up staying in this place. We got upgraded for free at the last minute to a different property close by because this one was not going to be vacated in time. DeeDee's team is very communicative and professional. I did have one issue no one could have foreseen that was handled very professionally and was resolved 100% to my satisfaction.

Отличные аппарты. Чистая квартира. Три спальни. Полноценная кухня. Две ванны. До метро 2 минуты пешком. До набережной Гудзона 10 мин. пешком. Все рядом, рестораны, магазины. По выходным из за ресторанов под окнами немного шумно по ночам. Район безопасный. Встречающая сторона очень дружелюбна.

First NYC Trip

We stayed at DeeDee's Hideaway from 2/21/2018 to 2/24/2018. The location was great. We rented the Luxury apt. Location is great, Path train to NYC was steps from our front door. Parking garage around the corner. McDonalds, Walgreens, shoprite all within walking distance. Loyda met us at the door. She is extremely helpful. Definitely would rent or recommend this place again. Family Christmas to Manhattan

The apartment was even better then in the pictures. It had 2 bathrooms which I didn't realize and the pull out was a queen. It was so easy to find and super close to transit. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

あんまり関係ない情報だったのですが、たまたま到着日が誕生日だったので、到着時間の連絡の際に伝えたところ、ただでさえ広めの部屋をアップグレードしてくれ、とても広い空間でのんびり滞在できました。 質問や相談も、メールするとすぐに回答が来て、とても助かりました。 訪ねて来た友達ともゆっくり過ごせて、とても良いNJ滞在になりました。次回来るとしたら、またこちらにお世話になりたいです。

Great place to stay

Great place to stay 3 unit apartment. Our host/property manager-Loyda was the best friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the area (one of my friends couldn't set her tv Loyda came back out to set it for her. Our apartment was Clean and had everything we needed. 3bdrm(2queen, 2twin & sofa bd-this place can sleep 8 easy) kitchen/livingrm/dinning area/2bathrm. We also had a beautiful deck we did share with one of the other units. We took uber everywhere (time sq.$35 one way) We're going back in July for my friends birthday and we will be staying at Dee Dee on the Grove.

The Grove

The neighborhood is up and coming was not what I was expecting but turned out to be a great. The train to NY is just a few feet away. There were a ton of restaurants and the people were welcoming and friendly. The staff was awesome - Wanda was great as was the manager. You have to call upon arrival and the manager will provide access - there is No reception. My daughter is in college close by and this is a great spot that allows for cooking and the like. I recommend. Thanks Again
