"The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice, self service Nice that towels are changed daily. The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel. Very good bus service from the bus station. Did a day city tour with Bay tours. 6 hour tour cost 40.00"

"The hotel is a great location within walking distance of St Helier town centre, Liberation Square & the seafront. The rooms are good size, clean but tired looking, the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint. The swimming pool is lovely, clean & a good size though the showers aren’t great, so best going back to your room to shower. Breakfast has a good selection & service was good. Good value for money."

"The property was clean well equipped and comfortable. Very handy for the town and seafront with all the Amenities of St Helier although a steep walk back the buses stop close to property Parking outside was another plus"

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most of it !"

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. Shower heat was easy to control. It was everything we wanted for a long weekend.The only slight negative from my point of view was the bath, it was a bit shallow for my tastes as I like a good wallow."
