"Room was a mad bargain at under £70 including breakfast. The site is substantial and well maintained, in a charmingly rural quarter. Quick and friendly check-in. Chucked bags into room and immediately came down for dinner. Nice 2 course meal was filling, one noticed excellent fittings eg flooring etc in the 'Nookery' restaurant. "Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. Staff friendly and helpful."

"No air con & record temperatures made life very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of hot & cold food, All staff were well trained & friendly & very helpful. Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option."

Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war recht überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, was sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Für einen Jersey Besuch kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal."
