"Staff couldnt speak english but they use the translator to help us. Very helpful young kids that manage the reception. Breakfast every morning was so awesome. Lots of good variety of food every morning"

"The area around the hotel wasn't very nice, and cars couldn't drop guests off directly at the entrance because of the barriers outside. If you have heavy luggage, you'll need to walk a short distance, which is especially inconvenient in the rain. The airport shuttle only runs once an hour. More frequent service would make it much more convenient. Since the shuttle schedule didn't work for me, I ended up taking a taxi to the airport instead. The soundproofing was also quite poor. I was woken up...

"Easy access to terminal 2 of Hongqiao airport without going out of the airport. Hotel rooms are a bit small but still pretty comfortable. Service is amazing."

"アメリカのHoliday Innに泊まったことがありますが、それと基本同じです。車で来てシンプルな部屋に泊まって、簡単な朝食付き。シャワーはありますが、バスタブはありません。違うのは、本数は多くありませんが、空港との間を無料のホテルバスが走ってます。中国ですがフロントは英語が通じますので、言葉には苦労しません。"

"Very nice property, well maintained and clean, nice size room. Conveniently located next to an outdoor and indoor mall/plaza (Tianhe Plaza) with lots of food choices and a family mart. They also provide transportation to and from airport which is a plus for us. Will definitely stay there again."
