"No breakfast. Just plain coffee. Entire building has smell of mildew. Plenty of vagrants around property. Door frame in room had blood stains on it. Bathroom had dried vomit and blood all around toilet. Ice maker only on first floor, it’s a five floor property. Pool is permanently out of service. No business center. No meeting space. Tv stand/dresser falling apart. Safe did not work. Ac was subpar. Handheld thermometer stated room never got below 74 degrees. Girl at front desk was less than helpful. Would not recommend if you’re staying with children."

"Excellent customer service by the staff. Clean rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee pot. Eating places near by, gas and general shopping close by. It’s not a high class hotel but it’s perfect for your basic needs. Price per night is very reasonable. Check in and out was very easy. It’s close to a busy highway but I hardly heard anything with the air conditioning on. There is no pool or ice machine. I spent four nights there while in town for work training and was very satisfied with everything and will use this hotel again if needed. Nice area, at no time did I unsafe. It’s a very nice budget hotel. If you are looking for a high end hotel, this is not the place for you but it was perfect for my needs. "

"Don’t go there it’s a drug dealer place, this is new jack city. This is a very dangerous place with hookers and all. The owner knows too they live at the property. The owner Mrs. Patel knows about everything and might be involved in the criminal activity. This place needs shutting down the Nashville police should be ashamed of themselves knowing this place is a public nuisance. I have more to say but not enough room for this bad hotel."
