"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"I really did enjoy my stay but then they put me and my children out on the street when I had 3 more nights to stay with them . They would not renew my stay. And had no proper or valid reason ."

"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room."

"Sparse furnishings, thin walls, noisy arguments by neighbors, noxious cigarette smoke smell, hair on the bathroom sink, mold on the bathtub, rat traps in the hallways."

"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them....

"Arrived late. Tv didn’t work, bathroom doors didn’t stay shut, water pressure in the shower was just dripping, one staff tried to fix the TV but couldn’t, another staff gave us a hard time about fixing the tv. Next day moved rooms and bathroom doors didn’t stay still didn’t stay shut."
