"Room was very newly remodeled. It looked amazing. Although the beds appear to be made with cover blankets that smelled of curry. They are like the old school 70’s cover blankets that matched the curtains. And the second blanket also had a musty smell. So we had to remove both to sleep in the beds with just a top sheet. Thank god weather has changed and it wasn’t cold so we could sleep Comfortably. They need to keep up with their bedding and new towels to match the hotel upgrades. Hope it’s...

"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. "Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. "The customer service upon arriving was horrible. The front desk man was rude, wouldn’t explain why I needed to swipe my card a second time for another deposit, but told me one of the deposit wouldn’t process. There was just a lot of lack of communication, and understanding. Definitely wouldn’t approach him for check in again. ( if I ever book here again )"

"My only complaint is i was traveling with a handicapped person and our room was at the complete end of a very long hall. It was way to much walking for a handicap person. "
