"The hotel was closed due to power outage with winter blizzard. This is understandable but have not been able to receive a refund despite the property not being open. "

"Pros: Friendly, welcoming staff. Cons: Place is dated, coffee maker did not work, located in a light industrial area."

"Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left."

"The house keepers/maids are rude and dont clean good. You ask for towels, linens, blankets, etc its always later but later doesn't come. There was no ice bucket, ash tray, or luggage rack in the room when there should have been. One good thing I have to say, your aloud pets free of cost. "
