"Front Staff checking in was very good and efficient. My problem was with the room. It was dirty. Garbage on the vinyl flooring from prior occupants. I don’t think they clean the floor between occupants. The beds sit on wood platforms and the mattress does not fill the platform and there was crumbs on the platform from prior occupant. The shower was nice but the wall of the shower had mold which should be easily cleanable and the shower head was rusted. Just not what I am used to with the Hilton name. I will not rebook this hotel."

"Overall I was happy with my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me - this was a 5/5. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear talking in the room next to us and everything in the hallway - even footsteps. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet - $17 per person for some sausage, what tasted like boxed eggs and hard french toast is ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again, just have breakfast elsewhere. "

"They don’t cleen the room during my stay, bottle of hand soap, shower gel and conditioner were empty and no one comes to refill them. Hot tub was very cold."

"This is my first poor review for a hotel experience unfortunately. Not only was there a hidden fee hold of 200 additonal dollars, which Expedia and the Hotel's home website both stated it was a 50 dollar hold, but from the start my king suite had many issues, such as a very smelly garbage disposal, broken alarm clock, children's handprints smeared all over the bedroom window, and pen marks on the kitchen countertops. Also, the cold water side of the bathroom sink did not work/wouldn't turn on, and the shower would not get hot in the morning to start my day. Hotel staff did not offer to do anything to compensate, other than thank me for letting them know. From a professional perspective, this does not create a space a guest wants to return to in the future, which I would have considered otherwise had it been handled appropriately."

"It says it’s an extended stay hotel, but there are no coffee makers in the rooms! . There’s a washcloth and a bath towel, but no hand towels, and no other common amenities in the bathroom."
