"Overall I was happy with my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me - this was a 5/5. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear talking in the room next to us and everything in the hallway - even footsteps. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet - $17 per person for some sausage, what tasted like boxed eggs and hard french toast is ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again, just have breakfast elsewhere. "

"This is my first poor review for a hotel experience unfortunately. Not only was there a hidden fee hold of 200 additonal dollars, which Expedia and the Hotel's home website both stated it was a 50 dollar hold, but from the start my king suite had many issues, such as a very smelly garbage disposal, broken alarm clock, children's handprints smeared all over the bedroom window, and pen marks on the kitchen countertops. Also, the cold water side of the bathroom sink did not work/wouldn't turn on, and the shower would not get hot in the morning to start my day. Hotel staff did not offer to do anything to compensate, other than thank me for letting them know. From a professional perspective, this does not create a space a guest wants to return to in the future, which I would have considered otherwise had it been handled appropriately."

"I personally didn’t like the extra fees that the hotel charged even though Expedia charged fees to cover the stay. The fact that you had to pay 25 per night just for parking . How the breakfast buffet is 100 with an automatic 18% gratuity included for a party of 3 (2 adults one child ). How the indoor water park closes at 8pm but you can’t check in until 4 pm . In the end we had a good time but it would be nice if we wouldn’t be surprised with additional hidden fees especially if Expedia charges for the same fees . "

"It says it’s an extended stay hotel, but there are no coffee makers in the rooms! . There’s a washcloth and a bath towel, but no hand towels, and no other common amenities in the bathroom."

"We were definitely disappointed with our stay. At check in, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. And while they did offer a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere-that would have been very stressful to do after a long drive. We may have booked elsewhere had we known prior to checking in. The hotel is more of a motel feel and is right next to the highway so the road noise was fairly loud in the rooms at night. The breakfast was disappointing. Being served food, at the bar, was ok but the service was not very welcoming and the food wasn't very consistent. The food on day 1 was ok, but on days 2 and 3 it was cold or burnt. The pictures on their website of the breakfast was not accurate at all. The bathroom was in bad shape. The floor of the bathtub was stained and torn up, the shower curtain bar almost fell off while I was in the shower, and the shower head was actually hanging off the wall. It was also not well maintained: discolored caulking & stained floors. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom so we had to wait a while for the steam to clear out of the bathroom before we could dry our hair. We did let the front desk know about the shower curtain rod and shower head and they did tighten the shower curtain rod. The Lounge is a great idea and it was really nice to be able to grab some food and drinks later in the evening. The bar staff was very friendly and the food was good bar food. "

"Great location, walkable distance to a Main Street for food and shopping. Had a one night stay with family. Free parking. Indoor pool was good. Breakfast options were decent. Staff were helpful."
