"The property is easy to find - right off the freeway. Our room was clean although a bit dated. I didn't like the shower, I felt as though I was back in school!! Basically it was just a slanted floor with a drain, like gym locker rooms. We are thankful for the Inn, it was just a short distance from our engagement!! All in all it is clean, easily located and had friendly staff. There is also a Black Bear Cafe in the same lot."

"My stay at this Extended Stay has been great! Staff at my late night checkin was great! Thank you Elizabeth. My 1-day extension went well, even with a minor hiccup thru Expedia, which was resolved nicely. My room, while simple, had everything I needed and the bed and pillows were comfortable. "Excellent price, location and service. Despite road proximity, our stay was quiet and comfortable (excellent mattress(. Housekeeping was thorough, and even included a bundle of worn towels to use for car cleaning, etc. With so many good tea and coffee places and bakeries (Model Bakery!), we did not miss having a hotel buffet breakfast that is often subpar. We have a new favorite when visiting our family in the Walnut Creek area."

"The promo picture shows a breakfast area, but in the morning the room was locked. The room was nice and spacious, but the floor was dirty. There was a missing light bulb above the sink. The bathroom had visible mold in the grout. The heater had been removed and not been replaced. The towels were old and worn. The bed was sagging in the center. Although the AC was quiet, the fan could not be turned off (using up a lot of energy.)"
