"I have stayed at this property many times. This time was the worst. My room didn't have a desk and I had to sit on the floor to do my zoom work. They said I could get a desk but where exactly would I put it? The room was tiny. We requested towels, toilet paper and a toothbrush and they never brought it. "The hotel itself was ehh....The pool was big but there were cockroaches running around. There were 2 other families by the pool when I walked in with my kids and the one family was leaving because of it and the other dad was telling his kid to get out of the pool because he was horrified by the amount of them. We stayed for ten minutes and I had to get my kids out of the pool and leave because I couldn't deal with it anymore. My kids were pissed that they could not swim. The bathroom sink...
