"I asked for towels by calling down to the attendant front desk , she said they’d bring some up but they never did. They never cleaned my room and I never had the do not disturb hanger on the door. The front desk said they only clean rooms every three days. What kinda sense does that make? What if you’re only staying three days or less? "Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room.
The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important."
