"The resort is beautiful & spotless. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. Valet service was very fast! Our room did not get completely dark or quiet during the night because we had one over looking the village. I guess the lights & music stay on all night in the village area. Our room did not have extra blankets or pillows in the closet. We could have used both during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel has a lot of amenities my kids really enjoyed the indoor water park/pool. It’s a short walk to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. "

"We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! "

"Staff is super friendly, facility is very clean. Smells like apples in the Lobby and they have hot apple cider. I didn't sleep a wink the first night due to the fact that the cider was so good that I kept drinking it, was wired all night lol but it is so good. will stay here many more times in the future."
