"The Best Western Plus in Jonesboro is a decent stay, especially for the money. The property is old, and that is evident by just looking around inside and outside. The room seems pretty clean but smelled of mildew and had several repairs in the drywall in the bath area that were not done professionally. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very economical, so I wasn't expecting much. In the future, I would likely spend the extra 40$/night to have a facility that was a bit cleaner and probably less mold and mildew. Overall decent for the value."

"The manager Amanda was AMAZING. The lock wasn't working but she tried hard to fix it and tried to get other to fix it. Any issues she dealt with asap. She even noticed I was in a chair and switched our room to an accessible first floor room. She is a keeper. "

"Double Queen suite was spacious and clean, well appointed. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend, and will stay here again next time we are in town. "

"Stayed here for the restaurant and bar. We like to not have to get into our car again after traveling to suns and have a cocktail. The bar has no red wine and no bourbon. The one beer my husband had was bad and it cost $10. Just a disappointment! "
