"The room is big, clean, very comfortable bed and has a window. Well provided with towels and water. It has a kettle which is a plus for us as they have some tea. The location is excellent, near to top attractions, dining and shopping. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful (speaks good English). Hotel provides very good breakfast (eggs, toast, jam, cereals, yogurt, cup noodles) Overall, It's a very good hotel to stay when you're in Seoul."

"Nice hotel, our room was on the 20th floor, sometimes took a while for the lift to come, as people on lower floors would request it first, roof top garden could do with a tidy but overall near to two subway exits, easy to get around and the AirPort Express bus drops you close by approx 150 yards."

"Stayed as couple for 2 nights in triple room, towards end of trip to South Korea and Japan. Pros: 1. Staff very helpful and friendly. 2. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, serene and good amenities. 3. Adequate breakfast. 4. Excellent location for Changdeokgung palace, Anguk hanok village, Ikseon-dong eateries, Insadong Cultural street and Korean Folk Music Museum. 5. Near two subway stations. Cons: 1. Can’t think of any."
