"Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again."

We paid the same as our friends for a small, pool-facing room with a tiny bathroom that even didn't have a hook for hand towels or a place for toiletries, while their room and bathroom were spacious and well-stocked. "The room was very nice, clean, and had lots of space. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Best part was the 3 free alcoholic drinks and food between 5:30-7. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I had. Only one small complaint- they only cleaned our room once while we were there. I’m not sure if that is their policy or not."

"We had a nice stay at the Hyatt House. Kristin at the front desk was wonderful! The room was a nice size, the bed comfy and the room amenities were perfect for our stay.
