"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is excellent, just steps from the Main Square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków, especially in winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to offer recommendations or answer questions about the city. "The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was excellent. It was lovely and clean, aswell as being very comfortable. It was lovely and warm too. The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance. "

They provided yummy and beautiful sweets and a bottle of wine after checkin. The hotel was a palace before. The room is large and super high ceiling with beautiful decorations. "
