"We were unable to check in at six pm it was closed a note with the room name and my name was on the door which had a combination lock no number for entry no cell service no internet we asked the room next door for help they told us to go to office ! We drove back 150 miles to San Francisco our vacation ruined."

"We were checked in virtually...impersonal and unprofessional, in my opinion. Room assigned to us had a window that didn't lock and a curtain that had been cut. We reported it and were moved to a different room which was clean and had no damages. We lost about an hour of time (after a 12-hour travel day) to be able to explore Fort Bragg, due to having to try to communicate with the virtual person on the kiosk and changing rooms. Only complaint about the new room was the fitted sheet on the bed...

"Property is a great location. Getting to the beach is difficult. The carpet of our room was filthy. I walked on it without socks and shoes a few times and the bottom of my feet were black. I assumed it had to do with the hot tub, and people getting the floor wet and dirt collecting."

In fact, there was only one for three people, and it took a little bit of time to get extra ones, but they did come through the room that they gave us was the corner room, which had the most windows I’ve ever seen in any place I’ve rented and it was all across the entire water and across everything in the area I think it must’ve been the best room."

"Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast delivered to our room was perfect. It included a hot egg dish, fruit, yogurt or overnight oats, muffin, juice and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying there. We will definitely book with them on our next trip to Mendocino."

"If you're only staying a night and have no other options, it's fine. Our room did not have a functional locking mechanism and the space felt dirty and barren. Weird vibes in the parking lot and did not feel super safe."

"Quick and helpful staff. Pool was not cold and indoors. Breakfast was well stocked and again staff was helpful. Location is fine. They are in the middle of renovating the rooms. So the furnishing was new but you could tell the toilet/tub were old. Why not redo the whole thing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor. I did not like how you could hear every footstep coming on the 2nd floor. I could not sleep in because the footsteps were so annoying. I could not open...
