"Everything was good!! The staff was very courteous. Even though I hadn't been able to find your phone number earlier, and booked through Expedia, I wasn't aware of a hospital visit discount. After boking it, I found your local phone # and booked in that we had a dog. When we checked in, because Travis couldn't reimburse us on the hospital discount, he allowed us to check in our dog in exchange. We totally appreciated that!! Thanks!! Plus even though we hadn't checked in the night before, we DID have a hospital appointment in the morning, when we came into town. Because we had reservations to stay that night, and there were only a few in the parking lot, at the time, Travis allowed us to park there while we went to our appointment. We totally appreciate that, especially since Kamloops was undergoing huge construction projects, and there was virtually no parking available elsewhere. Thanks so much, Travis!! "
