I first said that’s okay, then after hearing his mumbling I said, “that’s the rudeness I’m referring to”. He then decided to aggressively follow me out the door arguing. "

"Incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet floor had huge stains, the mattress was filthy, the bathroom towels had been used and not washed. The desk and dresser were sticky and actually had a layer of visible dust/dirt on them. I was so grossed out, that I didn’t even want to sit down. I was in a smoke free room, but had neighbors on both sides of me, who would smoke frequently in the hallway so I had to smell cigarette smoke all night. The last straw for me was the...

"Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. "
