"My room was clean and tidy but decor. was a depressing brown and dark olive . I missed a tea/ drink maker . I did not use the bath or shower as I am old so without any handrails I felt it unsafe."

"The owner and staff member were very helpful the actual decor of the property is well beyond it's best before date the whole property is very tired. Our room shower drain was blocked upon arrival which meant we couldn't shower for 24 hours not good in 30 degree heat."

"A lovely hotel attached to a historic pub. We were put in an accessible room which was very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic - the croissant croc madame was amazing."

"First, when we came there, they didn't have a parking for us , although free parking included. I had to look for a parking around at midnight. Second, the room had heavy strange smell. In the morning we found strange spots on one of the bed sheets. When we told them , they looked very offended instead of apologize. Elevator is extremely small. No more then 2 persons with suitcases. Generally, it's clean and room service is good."

"What a lovely hotel. I love the location, a short walk to high street, a Pilates studio I enjoyed, to public transportation. I found the room to be clean and a nice size. Loved that it has air conditioning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The feel of the space is elevated and serene. Would absolutely return to stay again."

"Property was in a convenient location to Wallington; directly on a bus route and near a small green area for walks with pets. It had a quiet energy about it; meaning the property was quiet considering its location on the crossroads of two main roads and the bar and beer garden being lively but not overly boisterous. Food was tasty; breakfast particularly was plentiful. Parking was adequate."

"The location was very convenient for us and the staff were truly amazing. Rooms were nice and the place has character. But not having air conditioning in the hot weather made it impossible to sleep till late in the night, and because windows had to be kept open, it was also very loud till late in the night."

"Great location- really cool pub atmosphere. Room was comfy with great a/c and powerful shower. Really quiet as facing the common. Wifi was not great, but we were on top floor."
