"When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. "a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...
