"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

"Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

"Este hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, se puede llegar caminando. El personal es muy amable, fue muy sencillo hacer el check in y pedir que guardaran nuestro equipaje hasta la hora en que la habitación estuviera disponible. La habitación estaba limpia, agradable e incluso tenía un pequeño juego y libro para niños. El desayuno en el restaurante es muy bueno. Además de opciones variadas en el bufete, se ofrecen alternativas de platos con huevo cocinados al momento."

"Sadly, I can not recommend this hotel. The bed was as hard as the marble floor. The bathroom & shower were so small, you really had to be flexible to get into the shower! The room had sloped ceilings & my 6’1” husband’s head kept hitting. The Roof Top patio has only 1 table w/4 chairs. 3 groups showed up with take out to enjoy the patio. Very awkward. Location is excellent, staff is friendly & Collette @ Front desk was more than helpful."

"Very cool to stay in an old prison! We arrived before check-in and they let us store our bags in a luggage room (which is unlocked and near the main entrance). The room is small, 2 twin sized beds. The sink is in the room. The shower pressure was great. No hairdryer but you can get one at the front desk with a deposit. Very basic stay but was a great location for our 1 night in Lucerne!"
