"The hotel was a street away from Tokyo Station which made it convenient. It was easy to find. I especially enjoyed the onsen after a long flight. Being able to choose your on pillow preference was great. The staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms were spotless. I highly recommend it."

"I was super surprised by the quality of the room and property for the price. The floor I was on had an onsen and there was complementary amenities available also. The staff was super nice. The only thing is it is located quite aways from the stations so its a bit of a walk."
