"Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out.
Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone."

I believed I have received 2 different type of service:
Staffs from the online registration were super nice and helpful.
Staffs at the front desk were super cold! At check out time, they even tried to charge me more for what I have already paid on the room.

"The room was clean and we could see the ocean while on the balcony. It is convenient to walk to many restaurants and shopping. Although can be noisy at night due to traffic. Beach is crowded while cruise ship in port. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner stopped working on the last night, they sent maintenance to fix which took a few hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
